"Integrity"

Hank Aaron

Hank Aaron’s pursuit of baseball history was a story of extraordinary achievement and dignity under pressure. Facing racist threats as he approached Babe Ruth’s record, Hammerin’ Hank hit his 715th home run on April 8, 1974, then continued to a career total of 755. A World Series champion with the Milwaukee Braves and a Hall of Famer, Aaron built a legacy far beyond the home-run chase. His consistency, courage and lasting place in Braves history give “Integrity” its meaning for fans who remember both the player and the man.

Justyn Farano connects Aaron’s record-breaking 715th home-run trot with the crowned “755” that honors his career total. The result is a tribute to the moment he passed Ruth and the lifetime of excellence behind it. This artist recreation is hand-signed by Hank Aaron with the inscription “HOF 82.”

The philosophy behind my art has always been to make the most compelling, engaging experience for you, the viewer. I try to envision what it was like to compete against that athlete on the field. I want you to feel that grit and rawness of emotion, the athlete’s competitive fire, and passion.

As a perfectionist, my obsession of getting these details precise, takes razor focus, constant critiquing, and fine tuning. It’s not till the painting is complete to my highest of standard, till I am genuinely satisfied.
