"Championship State Of Mind"

Eli Manning

Eli Manning gave New York two championship runs to remember. He led the Giants past New England in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI, earning MVP honors in both games. His patience under pressure and willingness to keep looking downfield became central to a 16-season career spent entirely with the Giants.

Justyn Farano’s “Championship State Of Mind” connects Manning’s field presence with the city around him. The quarterback holds the ball ready in a white Giants jersey, surrounded by New York street signs, bold lettering, and a smaller action scene. Red, blue, and weathered gray give the composition an urban character. The portrait celebrates the quiet confidence of a quarterback who delivered his most memorable work when New York’s expectations were at their highest.

The philosophy behind my art has always been to make the most compelling, engaging experience for you, the viewer. I try to envision what it was like to compete against that athlete on the field. I want you to feel that grit and rawness of emotion, the athlete’s competitive fire, and passion.

As a perfectionist, my obsession of getting these details precise, takes razor focus, constant critiquing, and fine tuning. It’s not till the painting is complete to my highest of standard, till I am genuinely satisfied.
